Ingredients
8 pitted Medjool dates
1 c, melted coconut oil
¼ c, Almond Butter
1 tsp, vanilla powder
1 tsp, pink salt
Optional Coconut Milk
DIRECTIONS
Soak the dates in warm water until the dates are soft (just enough to cover the dates).
Drain the dates, reserve the soaking liquid.
Combine the dates, oil, almond butter, & vanilla in a food processor or blender until smooth, adding reserved soaking liquid if too thick. OR coconut milk.
Transfer the sauce to a storage container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Just before serving, fold in the salt.
