TESTIMONIALS

  • I was honestly seeking new perspectives and ways to genuinely apply the yoga day to day, moment to moment. I have been a "go mode" for years now and it's always been for others most of the time, which I love you; but this training was all for me. I struggled with the online experience honestly, but I learned that the podcast truly changed the game for me. This material has been so profound for in every single module, it's really sent me in a necessary stage of some isolation. I still see people every day, but this "work" was actually learning to be alone more often & sitting with my feelings and thoughts. This gave me room to observe myself and truly "feel" for the first time. This training has given me power from within and Rebekah, you have truly changed me for the better. The way you explain things, the way you care for the details, and the way you care for each student is beyond inspirational & comforting throughout this dense journey. I've grown as a teacher to new heights this past year everywhere from sequencing to sparkling in philosophy & breath work throughout classes/private sessions. This training has been a blessing, I wish I could do it all over again; but for now, I'm going to continue re-listening to the podcast & absorb it like a sponge as much as possible. This training is unique because it provides endless modalities of learning, Rebekah explains everything is so many different angles/layers/perspectives that it always "lands" eventually. I have learned more in a year than I have in a lifetime. I couldn't recommend this training enough, it is for EVERYONE. Don't wait, sign up and see the transformation for yourself.

  • I went in to THE 300 near the tail end of my 200 hour teacher training not knowing exactly what to expect, but knowing that I wanted more than there was time for in my 200 hour training, and knowing Rebekah was the person I wanted to learn it from. I work a full-time job, so the online format of the program was extremely valuable to me, as I was easily able to watch anything I missed if I didn't catch the live session. A full year commitment can appear daunting, but the schedule is set with weeks-long breaks in between modules, which gave me the opportunity to digest the information and feel ready to move forward to the next. There’s so much information included, and Rebekah presents it in a way that is understandable and practical. As a yoga instructor, I’ve gained so much more confidence in my teaching, not only with the physical sequences I create and teach, but also with how I open, close, and theme class. I feel confident teaching breathwork, mudras, and adding sprinkles of philosophy throughout my classes. As a human being living and breathing in this world, I’ve gained an immense amount of knowledge about the person that I am. Not only have the relationships around me improved, but the relationship I have with myself has also grown significantly. Whether or not you’re a yoga teacher, I recommend this training for anyone who is looking to learn more about the human experience. It will teach you how to better connect with yourself and with those around you, and will make you a better person in this world.

  • The 300 is an immersive experience that will absolutely make you a better teacher and also a better human. You will reflect, you will learn, you will get even more curious about yourself and the world around you, you will do self work that takes you into the deepest parts yourself, you will learn tools that will be with you for a lifetime. All of this under the loving guidance of Rebekah who is both a masterful teacher and has been through the trenches herself. She guides with empathy and creates a container that is filled with support as you embark on this life changing journey. My spirituality, my practice, my teaching and my connection with myself all deepened through the 300. I was waiting to find the right 300hr yoga teacher training and I am so grateful I waited. The 300 has such depth and immerses you in the practice which was important for me. You can’t teach what you don’t know and in The 300 you practice and get a real understanding of everything you are learning in a very practical way. I’ve enjoyed the entire experience and if you are at all on the fence about it I implore to connect with Rebekah and learn more. It’s a program you will walk away from better than when you started, that much I can promise you!

  • I’ve taken all my yoga trainings with her, and every single one has expanded me in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Her teachings have always been life-changing, and when the opportunity to deepen my journey with The 300 came, I knew I had to say yes. This training arrived during one of the most challenging years of my life. To be honest, it felt like a roller coaster personally, emotionally, and spiritually. But even amidst the chaos, the program became a grounding force. I learned so much about myself, about yoga, and about how to navigate life with more clarity and grace. Yoga Nidra, in particular, opened up something incredibly deep for me, and I’m so excited to go back through everything we covered and let it sink in even further. Even though the year was difficult, the shifts I experienced were undeniable. I found a sense of clarity and strength I didn’t realize I had. This training reminded me just how powerful yoga can be,not just as a practice but as a way of being. I feel more connected to myself, more compassionate, and more aligned with the teacher I want to become. The tools I gained during this journey go beyond teaching. They’ve helped me reconnect with my own voice and rediscover my confidence, even in the face of personal challenges. I feel like I’ve grown in every sense not just as a teacher, but as a human being. What makes this program so unique is the way it brings everything together philosophy, mythology, psychology, and teaching methodology. But more than that, it’s Rebekah. She has an unparalleled ability to hold space, teach with authenticity, and meet everyone exactly where they are. Her guidance is what makes this program feel so transformative.

  • As we near the end of Rebekah’s 300 hour teacher training I’m feeling so much love and appreciation. She has guided us through complicated material and made it understandable and accessible. Rebekah is so knowledgeable, kind and inclusive and also funny. She’s made learning about chakras, yoga history and philosophy, sequencing and breath work interesting and fun. It’s been a journey for sure, and one I would recommend to anyone wanting to deepen their practice, understanding and teaching. Thank you Rebekah for giving so much of yourself and pouring your positivity and love into the world. We all need more of it, more of you! What resonated most for me in Rebekah’s 300 was learning about the chakras, mythology and yoga philosophy. We touched on these topics in previous teacher trainings but in The 300 Rebekah went into enormous depth and had ample time to answer questions. She presented material in more than one way, which made it easier to understand from various perspectives. Having a deeper understanding gives me more confidence while teaching and I’m able to apply what I’ve learned directly to my classes. Now I have a wealth of information from which I can draw to add more layers to my classes and help my students expand their knowledge as well. Half way through The 300 I had an epiphany about how to connect various areas of my life and work. I’d been struggling to understand how I could combine my previous career with my passion for teaching yoga; how these two parts of my life could come together. In a specific lecture, Rebekah said something and a light bulb went off for me. All of a sudden I could see how to connect the different areas of my life, and I began hosting gatherings where I could offer these combined passions to others in my community. Rebekah supported me through this process and offered valuable information and guidance. This training was perfect for me because it was flexible and the pauses between modules allowed time for the information to sink in and resonate. I enjoyed being part of the live lectures whenever possible but it was also great that I could watch and listen later when necessary. Everyone who knows Rebekah loves her because she is kind, inclusive, accessible and incredibly knowledgable. And of course I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to continue learning and developing as a yoga teacher, a yoga practitioner or just a human being.

  • It had been years since my 200 hour teacher training and although I'd committed to constantly learning with workshops and short term trainings I'd been eager to jump into 300 hours... but nothing was aligning with my desires. When I learned Rebekah was starting The 300, it was a no-brainer and the schedule aligned with Motherhood and all the other hats worn so I knew it was time. Prior to jumping in, I expected we'd learn more sequencing, alignment, chakras and when I received all those and so much more. SO much more. Deep diving into philosophy and meditation were certainly a highlight for me. Within the first few months of training, I quit my corporate job. It was a leap of faith solidified with exploration, stillness, and the world responding 'yes' when I was telling myself 'I can't'. I'm living what my dharma is now, and this was certainly expedited if not determined by the training had. This was a shift for me however what I'm most grateful for is the shift I've made in my teaching with more education now. I hear feedback from my students regularly now stating they 'loved the class', 'they experienced a breakthrough', they found the class fun, and more. Their joy and their breakthroughs are my biggest gift by far. A year of The 300 is a favorite "yes" I've given myself. Recommending to those who are looking to expand and need more flexibility within scheduling (i.e. mom's, dad's, caretakers, full timers - this is your sign!). I recommend The 300 to those who are more curious on a personal level, know you will undoubtedly find moment(s) that change you. Those who like to learn yoga deeply - history, mythology, lines of teaching, worldly connections, spiritual connections. Those who are open thinkers, and those craving something deeper than words can describe. Your life and yoga teaching will benefit immensely.

  • It’s hard to put an entire year of reflection, growth, adventure, passion, purpose and magic into words. When I first decided to embark on the 300 I wanted to learn more about the deep teachings of yoga, myths and pranayama. I loved how each module was carefully curated with multiple modalities with mudras, breathwork, mythology, lectures, reading recommendations and the focus of journaling and teaching. I layered in new learnings scores my public teachings and found new ways to personalize my own practice beyond movement and asana. I became more quiet and reflective of my own upbringing and how deep rooted stories and karma have come to fold into years of continuum and layers of unfolding. I became more focused on prioritizing my own time across multiple responsibilities of work and relationships. I stepped outside of my comfort zone and applied for new opportunities, re-established my creative muscles and found more courage and took risks personally and professionally. My public classes have generated more adventure beyond movement. I started to introduce breath work, mudras and have offered more creative sequencing. I’ve also started looking at my own personal brand and how that shows up long term and in the immediate. I am so excited for the future and can’t wait for what’s next. If you are passionate about deepening your own practice and have questions I can’t recommend the 300 enough. The format is incredible and allows you to work at your own pace, reviews content, listen to the podcast, and always have ample support across the entire year. Most trainings are blocked out in one stop shop and in person. As someone who travels for work over 50% of the time, this format was a dream! I also loved that it spanned the entire year which allowed for digestion of each module before embarking on the next. It was truly the opportunity of a lifetime and one I won’t forget. I will continue to refine and layer in even post competition; you’re never done learning.! Immense thanks and love!

  • The 300 has been such a transformative experience. The depth of learning is incredible and theres no possible way you can go through any of the modules without emerging changed in some way. The entire experience has opened up new ways of thinking, being, and experiencing. It has improved my teaching through the knowledge gained, the practice, the experience but also because I myself have changed through implementing the practices. Throughout the year a mirror has lovingly been held up to me and Rebekah has been the most gracious guide through it all. Rebekah is a masterful teacher and she not only knows her stuff but is excellent at conveying that knowledge. Outside of that she is a beautiful human being and it was a true pleasure to have the opportunity to learn from her in this very special way. You absolutely will not regret stepping into this container. You will emerge with a whole new understanding of the world, yourself, your yoga practice and the way you teach. Regardless of whether you are a teacher or not, this program is for you. It will give you a deeper understanding of yourself and you will emerge with tools that you will use for a lifetime. I am so grateful to Rebekah for creating this beautiful program!

  • I decided to join the 300 to deepen my knowledge of yoga. “You can only teach what you know”—these words from Rebekah, shared with me as I was just stepping into the yoga world as a facilitator, carry such a powerful message. I have been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years, yet my knowledge of the Chakras was minimal. Studying the chakras has been truly eye-opening, especially in understanding my childhood relationship with my dad. I had no idea how much pain, anger, and confusion I had been carrying inside me, or how I had ignored that little girl within, leaving her alone for over 40 years. While the work with my dad will take time, the act of walking toward that little version of me—holding her, giving her a warm hug, and letting her know that she was never incomplete but whole—was a profound step in my healing journey. The 300 has shifted my perceptions in profound ways. My approach to teaching Yin yoga has become more about connection and sensory awareness, with much less talking. I’ve embraced the idea that yoga isn’t something we need to “do” because we are already complete. This understanding taught me that no one is broken, which has transformed how I show up in my classes. The mythology lectures were a gift. I loved studying all the deities—discovering that Saraswati resides within me when I need her wisdom, and learning how “dope” Dhumavati is. I’ve met her eye-to-eye many times, especially when I feel lost, pressured, or behind, judging myself for not doing something “big.” In those moments, she shows up, whispering powerfully: Let go. You are exactly where you need to be. When it’s time, it will happen. Trust. This journey has helped me remember who I am and who I am not. Neti Neti has become my daily mantra—it reminds me of this truth whenever I’m stressed, upset, or doubting myself. It has even changed how I interact with others. For instance, I used to get stressed in crowded coffee shops, frustrated by slow lines or loud customers. Now, I see all these seemingly different individuals as fundamentally the same, all connected to the same Source—unchanging and unshakable ground of being —simply experiencing life through different bodies and minds. This realization fills me with a deep sense of peace and gratitude for what’s given to me. Witnessing my transformation is one of the most kindest gifts I can give to myself. I feel gentler with myself and others. What sets the 300 apart from others is, first and foremost, the teacher—Rebekah! She is truly one of a kind, a radiant light of being. Even though this was an online course, I could deeply feel her humanness and authenticity. She has been so open about sharing her experiences, including the tough times she’s gone through. She speaks from her heart, shows us her true self, and encourages us to embrace our authenticity as well. Another highlight is the incredible group of students I got to study with. They are passionate, heartfelt, and compassionate, creating a space where I could be vulnerable and true to myself. It’s such a joy to witness each other’s growth, and I’m excited to continue supporting and learning from one another. And of course, I can’t forget Rebekah’s amazing assistant, Jen, who has been a superstar! She’s played such a vital role in making this journey with the 300 smooth and fulfilling. It’s been an unforgettable experience all around! I truly recommend the 300 to all yoga teachers, regardless of their length of teaching experience. What I learned over the course of a year was carefully curated by Rebekah, offering invaluable knowledge and insights that are hard to find elsewhere. This program dives deep into the essence of what yoga truly is (Life is), exploring its roots and purpose. By embodying this understanding, each individual creates ripples that extend into their community, fostering goodness and growth. It’s about sharing in your own unique way, in a way only you can, and contributing to a healthier, more vibrant community.

  • I would recommend this program to any yoga teacher who is looking to be a better communicator or to more accurately convey the true teachings of yoga. As someone who hasn't started teaching yet, I also think this is a great program for building confidence to do so or finding ways to be a "yoga teacher" that don't fit our modern definition. I could see this program being of benefit to anyone open-minded and eager to learn, even if they have no intention of being a “teacher”.

  • This program has already had a profound influence on my life after one month - I have noticed I am more patient with others, more easily able to move through and with my emotions, and more aware of what old patterns are holding me back. I have become more aware of my vocabulary and language, and felt confident sharing philosophical ideas with family and friends.
